Refrigerator Recycling Program

Did you know that an old refrigerator could be the highest energy using item in your home? Especially if that old refrigerator is gold, avocado green, or dark brown, it is using a lot of electricity! Your best way to reduce your electric bill could be to have it recycled in an environmentally friendly manner and replace it with a new ENERGY STAR (R) appliance.  Get $75 for the purchase of a NEW ENERGY STAR certified refrigerator.

Second refrigerators in garages are particularly wasteful of electricity.

For more information or to participate you may call (800) 299-7573 or visit the Jaco Environmental website. NOTE: you must recycle your refrigerator through Jaco to receive this $35 rebate.
